EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY

If the bearings move out of position, the stowed platform may have excessive movement resulting in failure of the platform mounting. This failure could cause the wheel chair lift platform to fall out of the vehicle when the doors are opened, increasing the risk of injury for the lift operator.

SEATS

The failure of the seat to stay in place in the event of a crash increases the risk of injury to the occupant in that seat.

15V4130002015-06-30

SEAT BELTS:FRONT:WEBBING

A frayed seat belt fray may fail to properly restrain the seat occupant in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Two 2015 GOSHEN MAINSTREAM LOW FLOORs can have entirely different histories, and a recall campaign usually covers a build-date window rather than a whole model year — which a VIN does not encode, so only the door-jamb label settles it. Scanning the VIN adds the decode, the crash tests, the fuel economy and the complaints matched to that exact engine, trim and assembly plant.
